Full Throttle Tryouts
Full throttle try outs had finally arrived, we had to catch grounders,pop flies,and we had to hit. But the activity that I was mostly on pins and needles about was pitching .When I got to the pitchers mound. They asked me how many pitches I had what they are. And I said”Four,change-up,cutter,fast ball,and screw ball.” Then I started pitching at about 56 miles per hour. When I was pitching I could feel my heart pounding. Because I was worried that I was not going to make the team. I was so nervous the next day. That I kept twiddling my fingers then I finally got a call from full throttle I had made the team. Yay! This is so awesome! I can’t believe that had I made the team. I learned that if I be myself and I can do anything that I set my mind to.
